DPW‘s Steel Track Undercarriage Guide Wheels are manufactured through robotic welding of forged hot-rolled profiles, featuring a heat-treated forged central hub and a medium-frequency tempered shaft, along with high-strength welded side plates. The wheel body undergoes multi-stage tempering during the welding and heat treatment processes, with all components finally subjected to induction hardening to extend wear resistance.
